Sangha by Octave was officially launched on the 30th of March 2017. Sangha is a life learning and wellness community set on the shores of beautiful Yangcheng Lake, Suzhou.
This serene ex-urban resort covers a total of 189,000-square-meters, comprising of residence, wellness cum medical centre and an innovative mix of learning spaces catered for integrated programmes, designed for a lifelong learning journey and personal transformation.
The two-day programme on 28 and 29 March, leading up to the official opening, featured a reputable and renowned team of scientists, academics and practitioners. They were involved in the plenary sessions and parallel lectures that covered topics related to the purpose of life, self-cultivation, the science of mindfulness and family relations. Invited guests for the opening had the opportunity to trial wellness programmes in yoga, meditation, and therapeutic massages, experiencing the centre’s holistic facilities and services. The opening was indeed a memorable one for our invited guests. Besides being enthralled by the performance of a world-class renowned erhuist, Ma Xiaohui, guests received a comprehensive understanding on the future of holistic wellness and lifestyle changes that would support their transformational journey.
